Ya like gentle indie perfection right? Well then you should listen to Igloo - a lovely track by a band called Clear Tigers. If you like what you hear you can buy their 4-track EP from Catbirdseat Records BUT you should act fast as at last check they were almost completely sold out.
Wu-Tang Clan are about to release their 47th album entitled 8 Diagrams and, while some people around these parts might think that the Wu-Tang discography starts and ends at 36 Chambers, I personally like to keep a bit more of an open mind about their other musical offerings. The first track to come from the new album is called Watch Your Mouth and it's pretty much classic Wu-Tang roundtable battle raps with no chorus and an endless line-up of rappers trying to upstage each other. You can give it a listen over at Floodwatchmusic.
Canadian Sean pointed us to this awesome track by Melbourne-turned-Berlin band Devastations. It's called Mistakes and me crushes me in it's greatness.
If you can't be assed downloaded and/or listening to our latest podcast episode and you just want 'the highlight track' then you really should wrap your ears around the Ratatat remix of Notorious B.I.G's Party & Bullshit. It's taken from the Ratatat Remixes Volume II album which can be found all over the interwebs at the moment.
