Grinderman are playing Meredith
Update (9:48): AND Grinderman have been confirmed for Homebake. (via M+N).
Nick Cave's Pussy Re-upholstering SquadTM, Grinderman, have been named as the first act for this year's Meredith Festival.
The full line-up will be announced in August, hopefully before the ticket ballot closes on Friday, August 12. Speaking of which, the ballot is now open. Get in and get lucky.
This year's festival will run from December 9-12, once again held at the world famous Meredith Supernatural Amphitheatre. More info about everything (including the "No Dickhead" policy) at the festival website.
