Why are the names of all the good bands playing at the Come Together festival printed so small on the flyer?

Have a look at the flyer [courtesy of Tunebinder] for the upcoming Come Together festival...

Come Together 2009

Some thoughts/questions...

1. Go Oz-tralia! Unless I am not mistaken, Datarock is the only international act on that list.

2. Infusion? 1996?

3. Why are Something With Numbers so high up? Did I miss something?

4. Violent Soho so far down? Didn't they just get a Rick Rubin handjob?

5. DZ and megastick fanfare right down the bottom in 6pt font. They are the two standout acts on the bill (oh.. with SPOD and Violent Soho as well.. obvs).

For those without perfect squinting skillz, the full line-up...

Tickets go on sale Thursday, March 26 via Ticketek. They will set you back $77 (+ bf) for a single day pass or $137 (+ bf) for a two day 'bender'. There is also a special pre-sale offer happening at the festival website where if you sell them a vital organ you get a ticket a day early (or something). The website had too many words. Fuck reading!

You'll Probly Like This Stuff Too

I think Bang Bang Eche were added to the bill after this. So they're another international (NZ) - and Midnight Youth are from there too. Other than Datarock - all Aussie.

Infusion are definitely the most non-relevant band on the lineup.
