they played mostly alopecia for us the other night. it was....alot more intense than on record. yoni's brother is an animal on the drums. actually, josiah was working the merch stand all night (aside from when they played...), so you sydneys should pop in and see if he's working it tonight and exchange digits/bodily fluids or something.

the brisbane show was at a small venue (the troubadour) which I think added to the performance.

Great, great show. The band were extremely tight and there were definitely no flat spots at all. Good Friday and Rubber Traits and The Hollows were all fantastic. Definitely one of the best shows of 2009, although I think Fleet Foxes and Okkervil River just beat it.
