NME reports that The Strokes' new album has been halted because of a disagreement within the band on the quality of the material.To fill the void while we wait for them to 'work it out' there is always frontman Julian Casablancas' debut solo album, Phrazes For The Young, which is scheduled to be released on November 2. 12MC has the hook-up on the first two leaked singles.
