Recorded material was never really going to be a friend of these bros. Sure, that overbearing sloppy guitar loop digs deep into your brain and those completely indecipherable vocals (like a drowning boy in the river behind Pedophile Jack's house) have aspects of punk basement familiarity, but the trio's amazing live energy was always gonna be a tough beast to bottle.

So, that said, you should probably go along and see them play with Alps on his album launch tour, which kicks off tonight in Canberra, climaxes (for us) in Sydney tomorrow evening and then proceeds to zig-zag all around the nation for the rest of February.
