Magic Hands
Tone (Demo)

Magic Hands — not to be confused with these idiots or this top-notch brothel — is the collaborative work of Alex Badham from Aleks and The Ramps and Lucy Roleff of The Lucy Jean Roleff Party For One. MellowBummerPop is a word. It's also a perfect mind cure for those amongst us who last night maybe got a little bit too excited about the return of Rugby League. Spacious is another thing that comes to mind, but also brings up thoughts of large-scale arenas and Look At Me flagwaving. So let's just ignore that one for now.

You can catch Magic Hands making their Sydney debut [citation required] tonight at the Fourth Instalment of the infinitely long Circle Jerk Concert Series. Speaking of which, the show will also feature something to get you wet, something to remind of the good ol' days and something that'll nibble your ankles while you patiently wait at the bar to order a reasonably priced schooner of Coopers Pale. You decide what's what.

8:30 - Foxtrot
9:15 - Magic Hands
10:00 - Matt Banham
10:45 - Darren Cross
11:30 - Black Vanilla
12:00 - Guilty Leisure DJs

And there'll be drink specials and (as always) free entry.

It's important to also note that although known as "Magic Hands" to his close friends, Magic Hands isn't Matt Banham. Thus, thankfully, he will NOT be playing a double set. Sorry for any confusion indirectly or directly caused.
