We didn't really go with Pivot (edit: PVT) when they took the natural evolution from cinematic instrumentation to a more human (edit: vocal) incarnation. But here, there's something else, with the two forces pulling the complexity of the Seekae sound into duelling directions. The vocals float into in-perfect echoed harmonies, sounding as though they've been shouted into inbuilt PC microphones in empty bedrooms and then scrubbed to a medium fidelity level in a more professional environment. Meanwhile, the thuds are far more direct, feeding on a similar sparse environment. Pure and deeper and surrounded by considerably less interaction, the commanding nature dictating their dominant position.

Test & Recognise is the first single from their new album, The Worry, out June 13 via Future Classic and available now for pre-order.
